I have neglected DA quite a lot over the last few years as I have ventured from high-school to university, but as of a month ago, I have graduated from my Bachelor degree of Visual Arts and Design! I was fortunate enough to receive the highest award for my year level and have been on a whirlwind since! I am going to post some of my work from my final on here over the coming days.
In the last month, I have started looking toward the future and have decided to invest the majority of my time in developing my art practice and gaining valuable insight and skills as I pursue my dreams. Therefore I hope to be more active here on Deviant Art! Recently I have been blessed with the chance to be sponsored by a major art company and had the chance to intern at an incredible studio in Melbourne and hope that more opportunities are on the horizon. My dream for the future is to develop my own practice and style with the hopes to one day work for a major animation studio as a visual development artist.
I just wanted to say a huge thank-you to everyone who watches my work and all the kind comments and
's you guys have given me. I am constantly in awe each time I return to find thousands of messages and notifications flooding my inbox. You guys astound me. I am honoured by your love and support.I remember joining DA when I was just 15 years old and I have just recently turned 21. I remember this was the place where my love for art was born. I became a student of every medium and practiced and practiced until I began to improve and am so thankful for this home.
